We collect: account information (email, display name), uploaded study materials, learning progress data, usage analytics (pages visited, features used), and payment information (processed securely by Stripe).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: provide personalized AI-generated learning content, track your learning progress, improve platform features, process payments, and communicate important updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation
• Moonshot (Kimi) — AI chat features
• OpenAI — Text-to-speech
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Hosting and deployment
• Google Analytics — Usage analytics

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted in AWS). We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your learning data. Account deletion will remove all personal data, though anonymized analytics may be retained.

6. PIPEDA & GDPR Compliance

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for Canadian users and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users. We only process data with a lawful basis and provide data portability upon request.
