KNOQE

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Content Ownership & Warranty

By uploading materials to Knoqe, you represent and warrant that the materials are your original work or that you have obtained explicit written authorization from the copyright holder to share them on this platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploads do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knoqe, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from intellectual property infringement related to materials you upload.

3. License Grant

By uploading materials, you grant Knoqe a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content using AI for the purpose of generating study materials, questions, and learning paths. This license is limited to platform functionality and does not extend to redistribution of your original files.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload textbooks, lecture slides, or other materials created by third parties unless you have explicit authorization. Personal notes, self-authored study guides, and original work are permitted.

5. AI-Generated Content

Knoqe uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. AI outputs are provided as learning aids and should not be relied upon as authoritative sources.

6. Personal Learning

Materials uploaded for personal learning purposes are processed solely for your benefit. When you publish a course to the community (Explore), only AI-generated learning products are shared — original uploaded files are never exposed to other users.

7. DMCA Compliance

Knoqe complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please use the in-app report function or contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including content removal.

8. Blocks & Virtual Currency

Blocks are a virtual currency used within the Knoqe platform. Blocks cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, or transferred to external accounts. Tipping other creators is the only permitted form of transfer. Bonus Blocks (granted by the platform) may have expiration dates and cannot be used for tipping.

9. Account Termination

Knoqe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including repeated copyright infringement. Content strikes accumulate and may result in publishing bans or permanent account suspension.
